Presentation & Microphone techniques:
Colette's jazz singing classes are focused on the
discovery of your voice, the presentation-possibilities
of a song and the use of a microphone.
The duration of a lesson is 120 minutes (2 hours) and
is given once a month by mutual arrangement.
The lesson is taped on cassette for the pupil.

* That a special CD can be made as a present for
business acquaintances?

* That the CD Just Friends Jammin' can be
purchased as a present for business or
other acquaintances? It has enough space in the
cover for your business-logo.

* That in collaboration with the Clous van Mechelen
Studio an anniversary/company song can be composed
with lyrics made especially for the occasion?
With the possibility to let the company employees sing the song themselves
(which they can be taught in a workshop given by us) and then record the
result at the anniversary/ company day, and/or the possibility to get
professionals to sing on the recording.

  
 
 
 
     
 
 

There are many combination possibilities:
* during the reception background music and later
during the party a concert
* starting with a duo or trio (with or without vocals)
during dinner, afterwards the full strength of the band
* ofcouse speeches or scetches can be made throughout
the evening (in consultation)
* letting the music fall in with the intervals during
the menu courses is also a possibility
* etc.

It is your party, so everything can be discussed.
The basis is always the accessible Mainstream Jazz music,
very pleasant and agreeable for the ears, but should you
wish to take a little trip to the light pop music style at the
end of the day/evening, then that's a possibility too.
In that last case it is however important that we know this before the signing
of the contract and the definite booking of the musicians.

Duration performance:
Vocal: max. 3 sets of 45 minutes each.
Negotiations about longer performances are possible,
for instance: beforehand piano and/or an instrumental trio
or quartet, later completed with vocals.

  

Quotation:
I can always send you a ‘standard quotation’ per Post
or via the E-mail.
Also a ‘specified quotation’ is possible, after I recieve
information about the number of musicians, the duration
of the party, and the location where the party is going
to be held.

Special Wishes:

Special Artists/ Jazz musicians:
Together we can discuss your preferences and I will
find out if they can be booked.

P.A.:
We can bring our own sound equipment (up to ± 300 guests),
including a electric piano, for a very reasonable price.

Light:
It is also possible that we bring a simple lightset for a stylish
